Kofax Image Products Inc.

Irvine supplier of application software and image processing products, posted record profit and revenue for the fiscal fourth quarter.

Net income for the three months ended June 30 increased 51% to $1.3 million, or 25 cents a share, from $892,000, or 16 cents, for the same quarter of 1998. Revenue rose 12% to $10 million. Net income for the year totaled $4.7 million, or 87 cents a share, 52% higher than the $3.1 million, or 62 cents a share, posted for the prior year. Sales were up 14% to $38.1 million.
