Caldwell Joins Salvation Army as First Public Relations Chief
* Pamela Caldwell has been selected as the first public relations director for the Salvation Army of Orange County. She was previously online internship administrator for the communications department and a part-time faculty member at Cal State Fullerton.
* James Ensell has been appointed vice president of services operations for ZLand.com in Aliso Viejo. Ensell was formerly with Cadence Design Systems, where he had been vice president, consulting services.
* Kathlene W. Lowe has been appointed managing partner for Brobeck, Phleger and Harrison LLP’s Irvine office. Lowe succeeds Bruce R. Hallett, who was elected to the firm’s senior advisory group. Lowe, who joined Brobeck in 1989, is a business litigation partner.
* Christopher Woodard has been appointed business development officer at the Bank of Commerce’s Anaheim loan production office. He will provide Small Business Administration-guaranteed loans to businesses in Orange and Riverside counties. Before joining Bank of Commerce, Woodard was a business development executive with GE Capital/Small Business Finance in Anaheim.
