The Santa Ana company, which leases high-tech equipment, said net income for the fourth quarter declined 6% to $5.1 million, or 42 cents a share, from $5.4 million, or 44 cents a share, for the fourth quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 rose 19% to $19.6 million. For the year, net income gained 3% to $19.7 million, or $1.60 a share, from $19.2 million, or $1.55 a share, for the prior year. Revenue increased 8% to $71.2 million.
