THE SAFETY ZONE: ACTION LOG

The Times Orange County publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Monday:

ANAHEIM

* Antigua Street: Report of shots heard in the 10000 block at 10:42 p.m. Sunday.

* Ball Road: A traffic collision was reported in the 2000 block at 4:29 p.m. Saturday. No injuries were reported.

BREA

* Sand Canyon Way: Vandalism was reported in the 400 block at 7:03 a.m. Saturday.

* Cottonwood Drive: A bicycle was found in the 600 block at 8:42 p.m. Sunday.

* Brea Boulevard: A petty theft was reported in the 300 block at 11:56 a.m. Sunday.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Yosemite Court: Report of eggs thrown at a bedroom window, which broke the window, in the 18000 block at 12:08 a.m. Wednesday.

LAGUNA HILLS

* Broken Bit Lane: Two reports of a loud party in the 26000 block were taken at 12:24 a.m. Saturday.

* Derby Hill Drive: A reckless driver was reported in the 25000 block at 8:17 p.m. Saturday.

* Largo Drive: A loud party was reported in the 24000 block at 1:07 a.m. Sunday.

* Los Alisos Boulevard: Deputies responded to a report of a suspicious person in the 24000 block at 11:42 a.m. Sunday.

LAGUNA NIGUEL

* Denia: A suspicious person was reported in the 100 block at 12:55 a.m. Saturday.

* Mandalay Lane: Deputies responded to a report of suspicious circumstances in the 100 block at 12:12 a.m. Sunday.

* Morro Court: A domestic dispute was reported in the 28000 block at 9:57 a.m. Saturday.

* Via Portola: A prowler was reported in the 25000 block at 11:35 p.m. Saturday.

LA PALMA

* Bransford Drive: Report of vandalism in the 5300 block at 6:24 p.m. Saturday.

* Valley View Street: Report of a car theft in the 7700 block at 7:11 p.m. Saturday.

* Valley View Street: Report of a burglary in the 7700 block at 1:39 p.m. Friday.

LOS ALAMITOS

* Katella Avenue at Valley View Avenue: A vehicle hit a fire hydrant at 12:34 a.m. Sunday.

* Chestnut Street: A resident reported hearing an explosion in a nearby alley in the 1000 block at 12:46 a.m. Sunday, but police were unable to locate its origin.

NEWPORT BEACH

* Park Newport: 150 residents were evacuated for an hour from an apartment complex in the 2200 block at 11:07 p.m. Sunday. Nobody was injured in the fire, which was under control within 15 minutes, the Fire Department said.

ORANGE

* Bixby Avenue at Palm Avenue: Report of shots heard at 12:21 a.m. Sunday.

* Katella Avenue: Report of a traffic collision in the 1000 block at 1:24 p.m. Friday. No injuries were reported.

PLACENTIA

* Angelina Drive: A report of reckless drivers near a school in the 600 block at 10:15 p.m. Sunday.

SEAL BEACH

* Main Street: Report of a fight at 11:37 p.m. Friday.

* Pacific Coast Highway: Report of a fight at 8:36 p.m. Friday.

* Candleberry Avenue: Report of vandalism at 8:32 a.m. Friday.

STANTON

* Cedar Street: Report of a reckless driver in the 11000 block at 9:10 p.m. Sunday.

VILLA PARK

* Taft Avenue: Report of shots heard in the 18000 block at 2:06 a.m. Sunday.

WESTMINSTER

* Stonehedge Lane: Report of a stolen car in the 14800 block at 9:52 p.m. Sunday.

* Locust Street: Report of shots in the 14200 block at 10:47 p.m. Sunday.

* Bushard Street: Report of a burglary in the 15100 block at 4:48 p.m. Sunday.

* Amador Avenue: Report of found property in the 5500 block at 1:34 p.m. Sunday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports Monday: Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Dana Point, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Laguna Woods, La Habra, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Santa Ana, Tustin and Yorba Linda.
