Rocker Meredith Brooks, whose hit single “Bitch” fueled sales of her debut album “Blurring the Edges,” has purchased a Hollywood Hills home for $790,000.

Brooks, 33, learned to sing and to play the guitar as a youngster, growing up as a sheriff’s daughter in Oregon.

She bought a four-bedroom, 3,600-square-foot home with an attached guest unit and a solarium. The recently renovated house also has a master with a spa and a steam shower, big redwood decks with a gazebo and canyon views.

The seller was Justin Klentner, a developer of high-end properties in the Sunset Strip and Hollywood Hills areas.

Victor Kaminoff, director of architectural properties for Coldwell Banker, Sunset Strip, and David Gordon, of the same company, had the listing; Brian Farrrell of Prudential-John Aaroe & Associates, Pacific Design Center, represented Brooks, sources said.

Sandy Gallin, the Hollywood manager-producer who recently became chairman and chief executive of Las Vegas-based Mirage Entertainment and Sports, has relisted his Las Vegas home at $4.2 million, unfurnished.

It was listed at $6.5 million, furnished, in April and then was taken off the market.

The house, in the gated development of Spanish Trails, has five bedrooms and maid’s quarters. It was built in 1998. There will be an open house at the property Sunday.

June Scott of June Scott Estates, a Coldwell Banker company, in Beverly Hills has the listing.

McKagen, 35, splits his time mostly between Washington state, where he was born, and Los Angeles. He quit Guns N’ Roses in 1997 but still tours, writes songs and records solo albums.

His two-bedroom, 1,500-square-foot townhouse has what is described as “a gentlemen’s game room.” Decorated in purple and black velvet, the room (with a wet bar) cost him $40,000 for the interiors. The condo also has an outdoor spa, lake views and a boat dock.

The couple, who are also parents of actor-turned-director Robbie Benson, have moved to a condo in Toluca Lake.

Paul Bilski and Gladys Denny, both of Re/Max on the Boulevard in Studio City, represented the buyers.
