Cal State Fullerton is hosting the third annual Small Business Innovative Research Conference today and tomorrow at the Cal State Fullerton Garden Grove Center, 12901 Euclid St. in Garden Grove. The conference is designed to provide information on government grant and proposal programs to the small-business technology community in Orange County.
