Meyer Is Now Principal of Advantage4
Michael Meyer, the former managing partner of the Orange County office of E&Y; Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group, has become principal of Advantage4 LLC, a company that helps developers install telecommunications systems. Based in Aliso Viejo, the company works with residential and commercial developers to design, install and operate telephone, Internet and cable television systems. The company is focusing on large master-planned communities, multifamily housing projects and large office complexes in California. Meyer was recently inducted into the California Building Industry’s Hall of Fame and elected to the board of directors of City National Bank in Los Angeles.

Nancy W. Kirkpatrick has been elected to the board of directors of Saddleback Memorial Medical Center in Laguna Hills. She is president of the board of education for the Saddleback Valley Unified School District and an independent consultant specializing in marketing, strategic planning and general management.

Robert Drzewicki has joined HNTB Design/Build in Irvine as senior project manager responsible for project management for the design/build team. He has more than 25 years’ experience in architecture, project management, project planning and the design/build process.

Ken Hagihara has joined GreenLight Communications in Newport Beach as a public relations account executive. He was formerly senior public information representative for UC Irvine.

Ricardo De Santiago has been named employment manager for the Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort in Huntington Beach. He had been executive steward for the hotel for seven years. He also assisted the human resources department by conducting Spanish orientation programs. Noel Vasin has joined the hotel as catering sales manager. She was previously catering coordinator for the San Francisco Hilton and Towers.

Michele Jones has joined the Newport Beach office of Marsh Inc., an insurance broker and risk advisor. She was formerly managing senior vice president for John Burnham and Co.

Robert Aponte and Eric Neumann have been named sales managers for Irvine-based Catellus Residential Group’s homes at the Talega golf community in San Clemente. Aponte is sales manager for the Terra Linda neighborhood and Neumann is sales manager for the San Rafael neighborhood. Aponte was formerly a sales representative for Taylor Woodrow Homes. Neumann was a sales manager with Vintage Communities.
* Richard Barker has joined iSchraff in Newport Beach, the interactive services division of the Schraff Group, as a senior Web developer. He was previously a consultant, building Web sites and redesigning existing ones. Barker was also responsible for the localization of interactive games in Europe and the Pacific Rim for Interplay Productions.
