* Autodesk Inc., which makes design software used by engineers and architects, said it will fire 10% of its workers, or about 350 employees, as its fiscal second-quarter earnings fell 99%. The San Rafael, Calif.-based company said net income including acquisition-related amortization was $389,000, or 1 cent a share, compared with $27.5 million, or 46 cents, a year earlier. Revenue fell 11% to $202.9 million from $226.8 million.
