The City Council agreed last week to a change in its zoning regulations that will permit McDonald’s and Sizzler restaurants and a Blockbuster Video to open on Beach Boulevard. Councilman Alexander Ethans said that the area affected by the change has a lot of empty space. “We want to get new businesses in there,” he said.
