ATM Charges

Regarding ATM charges: ATMs were installed not only for the customers’ convenience but mainly to save the banks the cost of labor. Therefore, customers using their bank’s ATMs during business hours should be credited, to offset charges for the use of other banks’ ATMs. Fair is fair.
