BUENA PARK

The Buena Park Historical Society is sponsoring the annual tree-lighting ceremony at the historic Whitaker Jaynes Estate on Sunday.

Mayor Jack Mauller will light the tree and Santa Claus will pass out candy canes. There also will be old-fashioned holiday cookies and hot cider.

The home is at 6631 Beach Blvd., across from City Hall. The free event begins at 6 p.m.
