Bridge Technology Seems Set on Acquisition

Bridge Technology Inc., a Garden Grove computer peripheral products company, said Friday that it has tentatively agreed to acquire 90% of Centennial Electronics Ltd. of Hong Kong. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Bridge, a company with $19.6 million in revenue for the first nine months this year, would broaden its international presence and pick up a company with projected sales this year of $47 million.
