Kathy Windsor Named Director at Friess

* Kathy Windsor has been named director of business development for Friess Company Builders Inc. in San Juan Capistrano. She has been with the company since June. Windsor has 15 years of experience in property management and real estate services in Orange County and Los Angeles.

* Denelle Collazo is the new business development coordinator for Willis Advertising in Laguna Hills. She is responsible for lead generation, telemarketing and the agency’s direct mail program.

* James M. A’Hearn has joined Triple Net Properties in Santa Ana as portfolio controller. He spent four years with Legacy Partners Commercial Inc. and four years with Koll Management Services Inc. Christine Palmer joined the company as property manager, managing a retail portfolio of four centers in Southern California. Palmer has property management experience with Koll Management Services, Sares-Regis Group, Cabot Industrial Trust and JMB/Urban Retail Properties.

* Amy Re has been named sales manager at the Doubletree Hotel/Costa Mesa. She had been a task force sales manager for Sunstone Hotels, and before that was a corporate sales manager at the Ontario Airport Marriott and a front desk supervisor at the Doubletree Hotel in Ontario.
