Fluor Raises Quarterly Dividend

Fluor Corp. said Wednesday that with its business outlook improving and its financial condition solid, it will raise its quarterly dividend to 25 cents a share from 20 cents and change the basis for calculating dividend amounts.
The Aliso Viejo engineering and construction company said the first quarter dividend is payable Jan. 12 to shareholders of record Dec. 22.
The increase is the result of a new dividend policy to base payouts on long-term operating performance expectations. The company had based dividend levels on the prior year’s performance.
