View Tech in Camarillo says it will join All Communications Corp. in Hillside, N.J., in the first quarter of next year.

Officials said the proposed merger will create a large videoconferencing and network systems integration company, with a presence in all regions of the United States and a growing base of international clients.

“The combination will take advantage of some dramatic synergies,” said S. Douglas Hopkins, View Tech president and chief executive. “The operational and market strengths of our respective organizations are very complementary.”

“Wire One will deliver a broader product offering with higher quality and more efficient service than either of the individual entities could on a stand-alone basis,” Hopkins said.

It also markets network services through agreements with AT&T;, Bell Atlantic, Cable & Wireless, GTE, Pacific Bell, Sprint and UUNet Technologies.

All Communications Corp. installs and services communications systems for the commercial, industrial and government marketplace. It has sales and marketing agreements with Lucent, Panasonic, Sony Electronics, Polycom, Sprint and InterVu Inc.
