Holiday home decorating contest judges will be checking out the Christmas lights and displays of about 35 homes tonight, starting at 6. Awards for the best use of lights, best animated display, best total display and best neighborhood theme will be announced at the City Council’s Jan. 11 meeting. Judges include members from the council, Chamber of Commerce, Cultural Arts Commission and Community Services.
