* Chevron Corp. sold its two San Francisco office buildings, including its longtime headquarters, for $189 million as it moves most of its employees and operations to the East Bay area to cut costs. Chevron said it sold its 555 and 575 Market Street properties to a joint venture of New York-based Tishman Speyer Properties and Citigroup’s Travelers Insurance unit.
