The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports over the weekend:

BREA

* Brea Mall: A petty theft was reported in the 1000 block at 8:27 a.m. Tuesday.

* West Central Avenue: A grand theft was reported in the 300 block at 11:12 a.m. Tuesday.

* East Imperial Highway: A forgery was reported in the 2500 block at 7:53 p.m. Tuesday.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Sycamore Street: Items valued at $4,800 were reported stolen from a residence in the 16200 block at 4:37 p.m. Wednesday.

* San Paco Avenue: Someone entered a locked truck parked in the 10800 block and stole a stereo at 1:51 a.m. Thursday.

FULLERTON

* West Commonwealth Avenue: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2400 block at 10:14 p.m. Wednesday.

* North Gilbert Street: An auto theft was reported in the 500 block at 12:01 a.m. Wednesday.

LAGUNA WOODS

* Paseo De Valencia: Two male juveniles were taken into custody for shoplifting in the 24000 block at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday. They were later released to their parents.

LA HABRA

* South Beach Boulevard: A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 100 block at 12:39 p.m. Tuesday.

PLACENTIA

* Bradford Avenue at Doverfield Drive: A burglary was reported at 3:43 p.m. Wednesday.

* North Bradford Avenue: Public drunkenness was reported in the 200 block at 2:54 p.m. Wednesday.

* Melrose Avenue: Possible fired shots were reported at 8:45 p.m. Wednesday.

YORBA LINDA

* Los Monteros: A grand theft was reported in the 5000 block at 4:17 p.m. Wednesday.

* Westfield Street: A missing juvenile was reported in the 5600 block at 7:15 p.m. Wednesday.

OTHER COMMUNITIES

ALISO VIEJO

* Spoonbill Drive: A house in the single-digit block was reportedly ransacked at 3:50 p.m. Wednesday. No loss was reported.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports over the weekend: Anaheim, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Dana Point, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Lake Forest, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Mission Viejo, Newport Beach, Orange, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Santa Ana, Seal Beach, Stanton, Tustin, Villa Park and Westminster.
