Jewish Scholar to Give Lecture

Rabbi Irving “Yitz” Greenberg will appear next month at the Brandeis-Bardin Institute for a lecture entitled “The Jewish Witness to the World for the Next Millennium.”
Greenberg, an Orthodox rabbi and scholar with a PhD from Harvard, is the founding president of the National Jewish Center for Learning and Leadership. He is author of “Living in the Image of God: Jewish Teaching to Perfect the World,” and “The Jewish Way: Living the Holidays.”
His presentation will be held Jan. 16 at 11 a.m. at the institute, 1101 Peppertreee Lane. Admission is $15, and reservations are required.
