Stickel Appointed Chairman of eBuilt

Tom Stickel has been appointed chairman of the board of eBuilt Inc. in Irvine. He is the founder and chairman of University Ventures Network, and the founder of American Partners Capital Group. Before founding American Partners Capital, Stickel was the founder, chairman and chief executive of TCS Enterprises, and the founder of Mortgage Capital Co. of America. Jeff Lenardson, eBuilt’s executive vice president, was named vice chairman.

Donna McCallum has been named national accounts manager for the Iron Grip Barbell Co. in Costa Mesa. She was previously with Sperry Van Ness. Before that, McCallum held management positions in the beauty, fashion and retail sectors.

Robert Daniels has been named vice president of operations for VillageFax.com in Tustin. He will continue as chairman of the company’s advisory board.

Boris Shevelev has joined the Irvine office of Ware & Malcomb Architects Inc. as job captain and will be working in the health-care group. He was previously with Nobles and Associates.

Susan Jackson has joined Robert Bein, William Frost & Associates in Irvine as an urban planner in the Urban Design Studio. She was formerly with the Arizona Department of Commerce’s Community Planning Program, where she was responsible for technical planning, zoning and public participation assistance.

Ron Koubeserian has been appointed project manager for R.D. Olson Construction in Irvine. He will be in charge of a newly acquired contract to build the Laguna Woods Town Center.
