* Todd Warehousing signed a six-and-a-half-year, $2.9-million lease for 108,000 square feet of industrial space at 730 Baldwin Park Blvd. in Industry for distribution of food and general merchandise. The landlord, Shidler Group, was represented by Anthony Brent and Marc DiGennaro of Lee & Associates. Todd Warehousing was represented by John McMillan and Scott Schumacher of Cushman & Wakefield.

* TopTutors.com, a Pacific Palisades-based company that provides in-home tutoring throughout the country, signed a five-year, $1.6-million lease for 11,100 square feet of office space at 720 Wilshire Blvd. in Santa Monica. TopTutors was represented by Steven Salas and Blake Mirkin of CB Richard Ellis. The landlord, PMI Realty, was represented by Jim Jacobson and David Wilson of Lee & Associates.

* Numex Corp. signed a seven-year, $1-million lease for 10,000 square feet of industrial space at 2329 Purdue Ave. in West Los Angeles. The landlord, Merk Investment Co., was represented by Chris Holland and Gary Berwick of Westmac Commercial Brokerage Co. The tenant was represented by Arlene Sommers of Julien J. Studley Inc.
