What could be nicer for lunch or dinner on the go than a bowl of rice topped with dark, glistening teriyaki chicken, fresh broccoli with a dab of dressing and a little container of cabbage pickles? This is Restaurant Aoi’s teriyaki chicken bowl. As signs in the restaurant firmly state, it’s for takeout only. You can call to order in advance, but the kitchen assembles the bowl quickly if you drop by unannounced.
