Wonderware Founder Joins IndX Board

Laguna Niguel-based IndX Software Corp., a software development company, said Dennis R. Morin, founder and former chief executive of Irvine-based Wonderware Corp., has joined the IndX board, bringing the number of board members to five.

Wonderware, which also is a software developer, is a unit of Siebe Plc, a British firm that acquired the company last spring.
