Quality Systems Inc.: The Tustin provider of management systems for medical and dental practices said net income for the third fiscal quarter totaled $369,000, or 6 cents a share, 59% higher than the $232,000, or 4 cents a share, posted for the comparable quarter of the previous year. Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 increased 17% to $8.8 million from $7.5 million.
