Hewlett-Packard’s Ticknor Joins FileNet Board

Carolyn M. Ticknor has joined the board of directors of FileNet Corp., a Costa Mesa developer of integrated document management software. She is vice president and general manager of Hewlett-Packard Co.’s LaserJet Solutions Group.

Ticknor, who has been with Hewlett-Packard for more than 20 years, recently was named one of the 50 most powerful women in business by Fortune magazine.
