What Did You Eat for Dinner Last Night?

“Last night was terrible. I didn’t even eat. I had to do an event at the L.A. Country Club, and I just picked at a few appetizers. When I got home, I had half a head of romaine. But the night before, I had something really scrumptious. I’ve been testing steamed dish recipes, and I made a steamed salmon covered with blanched garlic and herbs and wrapped in Saran Wrap. I made a quick Spanish hollandaise with half butter and half oil, toasted almonds and peppers. That was great!”
