Tech Coast Boards Welcome Bohnett

Share

David Bohnett, you just sold your company to Yahoo for $3.9 billion. What are you going to do next?

No, the founder and chairman of Marina del Rey-based GeoCities isn’t going to Disneyland. He’s joining the boards of directors of other Tech Coast companies.

Today, NetZero, the Westlake Village firm that offers free advertiser-supported Internet access, will announce that Bohnett is taking a seat on its board. Last week, Bohnett joined the board of Stamps.com, a Santa Monica firm that plans to deliver postage on the Internet.
