Sites for Olympics
Regarding all of the brouhaha over the international Olympic movement and your Feb. 11 editorial, “Rebuild Olympic System,” may I suggest a possible solution to some of the corruption and/or problems: Choose permanent sites for the games. Greece could well be the choice for all of the summer Olympics and either Norway or Switzerland for the winter games. Greece is the choice because of its historical significance and the other two because of generally good and reliable snow conditions.
