Irvine-based Creative Business Concepts Inc. has been purchased by a New York computer networking and consulting services firm, Richton International Corp., the companies said Thursday.

As part of the all-cash deal, privately held Creative Business will be consolidated with the Costa Mesa office of Richton’s subsidiary, CBE Technologies. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The combined entity will operate out of Creative’s Irvine facilities at The Spectrum. CBC, a computer networking integrator, has annual sales of about $16 million and 42 employees. No layoffs are expected.
