Shipboard Feasts May Be Too Tempting for Dieters

Regarding Mark Ehrman’s article about Richard Simmons’ “Cruise to Lose” program (“Anchors Aweigh,” Jan. 31): Is a cruise ship, overladen with gluttonous around-the-clock feasts, not an ironic place to conduct a weight-loss program?
A note to Simmons devotees: Maybe it’s time to wake up and smell the scam.
