The Fullerton Housing Programs Office is offering low-interest loans to residents who meet income criteria and who wish to make basic health and safety improvements to their homes. For example, a family of four with an annual income of $45,300 would qualify for the housing loan. The interest rate is as low as 4.125%. The housing office also offers home rehabilitation grants to low-income households. Families who cannot qualify for low-interest loan program may be eligible for deferred loans.
