A Vietnamese menu from the kitchen of Le Colonial restaurant complements six wines, including Handley Cellars’ 1997 Sauvignon Blanc, 1996 Pinot Noir and 1995 Brut Rose at this tasting hosted by The American Institute of Wine and Food and Handley Cellars. Milla Handley, owner and winemaker, will give a talk on the wines.
