A year separates the birthdays of healthy twins born to a Garden Grove woman at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital last week--technically. Dr. Co Pham delivered a son, who was 7 pounds, 9 ounces, at 10:37 p.m. New Year’s Eve to Dung Pham, and another son, 6 pounds, 1 ounce, at 12:01 a.m. New Year’s Day, the physician said.
