Time to Give Thanks

For a long time I have wanted to thank Jan Hickenbottom for her Condo Q&A; column in the Sunday paper. So I am finally doing so. Thanks very much.

Any condo director who fails to read the column is failing in his or her job. Same with condo management people. Believe it or not, many of both are ignorant of the wisdom the column offers.
