The Planning Commission will hold a hearing Wednesday night on a proposal to build a 39-home gated community on 5.2 acres on Magnolia Street from Hazard Avenue to McClure Avenue. Also on the commission’s agenda is an application from Billybobs sports bar on Garden Grove Boulevard to change its alcohol license from beer and wine to cocktails.
