Road Is No Easier at Home

After the Trojans’ emotional trip last week, during which they won on a half-court shot at Oregon and lost in overtime at Oregon State, they now face one of their toughest stretches of the season.

They host No. 4 Stanford on Thursday, California on Saturday and No. 10 UCLA on Jan. 20. And Coach Henry Bibby doesn’t exactly sound confident.

“I don’t see any weakness [in Stanford],” said Bibby, whose team’s 10-3 start is its best in five years. “Hopefully, they’re not shooting the ball well. Hopefully they’re not on it. I wish we didn’t have to play them, that would help.”
