A plan to build a 39-home gated community on 5.2 acres along Magnolia Street cleared the City Council this week but was delayed for two weeks Wednesday by the Planning Commission.

The Olson Co. of Seal Beach wants to build the community near the northwest corner of Magnolia Street and Hazard Avenue.
