Channel Islands Bank to Pay 8th Cash Dividend
The board of directors for Channel Islands Bank has declared a cash dividend of 10 cents per share to be paid this month to shareholders of record on Nov. 30.
This is the bank’s eighth cash dividend declaration.
Channel Islands Bank merged Dec. 31 with Americorp and its subsidiary, American Commercial Bank. The two banks have branches in Ventura, Oxnard and Camarillo.
