BUENA PARK

Canned goods will be as good as cash for nearly a week at the library. Residents can bring in canned goods to the Buena Park Library District to pay for overdue fines and fees on all materials Feb. 8 to 13. Each can will count as $1. The library will donate the food to Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County, which provides food to nearly 300 nonprofit groups.
