Chamber of Commerce to Swear In New Officers

New officers of the Chamber of Commerce will be sworn in Thursday, and outgoing President Ed Kussman will receive an award for his longtime commitment to the organization.

Six officers will be sworn in at noon at Tavern on the Green, 10400 Glenoaks Blvd., in Pacoima. The ceremony is free and open to the public.

The new officers are: Daniel Morales, president of the Valley Economic Development Center; William Steward, vice president of the Employment Development Department; Gerardo Guzman, vice president of Pueblo y Salud Inc.; Joyce Williams, vice president of Phoenix House; Joe Salas, California Federal Bank employee, and Fred Nobles of Nobles Property Management.
