LA HABRA

Mayor Juan M. Garcia on Thursday commended the Friends of Children Health Center for providing five years of excellent service to nearly 20,000 young patients in the La Habra City School District. The center was established in 1994 to provide health care for children from uninsured, low-income families and other underserved children in the district. Located at the Las Lomas Elementary School, the center’s bilingual staff includes a pediatrician, a nurse practitioner and a dental hygienist. Information: (714) 447-3460.
