CYPRESS

Jazzercisers will work up a sweat Friday to raise money for breast cancer research. The event, co-sponsored by Jazzercise Inc. and the Cypress Recreation and Parks District, includes a one-hour Jazzercise class and baked potato potluck. Proceeds will go toward research at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, a leading center for breast cancer treatment.

Class will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Cypress Senior Citizens Center, 9031 Grindlay St. A minimum $10 donation at the door is requested. Pledge sheets and information fliers can be picked up at the center. Information: (949) 642-5608.
