Third Suspect Held in Embassy Bombing

Police have detained a third suspect in the bombing of the U.S. Embassy in Tanzania. Seif Lubasaha, 30, was taken into custody at a hostel where he was living in downtown Dar es Salaam, the capital. Two men, Rashid Saleh Hemed of Tanzania and Mustafa Mahmoud Said Ahmed of Egypt, have been charged in the Aug. 7 attack. Eleven people were killed in the blast. A simultaneous bombing in Kenya killed 213 people.
