Escrow Closed on South River Site, Newhall Says

The Newhall Land & Farming Co., Valencia, announced escrow closed on a 32.8-acre site planned for 828 apartments in South River, adjacent to Valencia Town Center.

Newhall Land is a developer of new towns and master-planned communities.
