The Times Orange County publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Thursday:

BREA

* Mariposa Drive: A petty theft was reported in the 1100 block at 11:21 a.m. Tuesday.

* Saturn Street: A burglary was reported in the 3000 block at 7:13 a.m. Tuesday.

BUENA PARK

* San Francisco Drive: Report of two to three teenagers in the 6400 block lighting fireworks and illegal M-80s at 2:02 p.m. Monday.

* Carnation Drive: Police advised partygoers to quiet down in the 8100 block at 7:33 p.m. Monday.

FULLERTON

* East Imperial Highway: Report of illegal fireworks in the 500 block at 3:36 p.m. Thursday.

* North Acacia Avenue: Report of illegal fireworks in the 200 block at 3:50 p.m. Thursday.

IRVINE

* Harvard Avenue at Alton Street: A 51-year-old Newport Beach man was rescued from his car at 1:56 p.m. Thursday after he hit a tree in the roadway median. Authorities suspect the man suffered a seizure, causing the single-car accident. He suffered several cuts to his leg and face from the shattered windshield and was transported to Western Medical Center-Santa Ana, where he was listed in stable condition.

* Alton Parkway: A red and white Honda CBR 600 motorcycle was reported stolen after a purported buyer took it for a test drive and never came back in the 15000 block at 4:42 p.m. Monday.

* MacArthur Boulevard: A patron at Kokomo’s in the 17000 block lost a Samsung 200 cellular phone worth $161.61 while dancing; reported at 8:44 a.m. Monday.

* Von Karman Avenue: Someone entered an empty office in the 18000 block and took a man’s wallet out of a coat jacket hanging on a chair. Loss included a driver’s license, a MasterCard and an American Express card; reported at 2:28 p.m. Monday.

LAGUNA BEACH

* Nyes Place: The driver of a nine-ton Nissan hauling truck lost control in the 200 and 300 blocks of Nyes Place at about 1:15 p.m. Thursday, sideswiping four homes. No injuries were reported. Authorities said the 35-year-old driver was traveling westbound at an unsafe speed and began skidding after he was unable to stop at a stop sign.

* Forest Avenue: A woman was arrested on suspicion of trying to buy jewelry with a Los Angeles woman’s credit card in the 200 block at 6:09 p.m. Wednesday. About $4,000 had already been charged to the card without the victim’s authorization. The suspect was released after it was discovered that the credit card was given to her by the victim’s son.

LAGUNA HILLS

* Laguna Hills Mall: Authorities said four men dressed in women’s clothing tried to buy jewelry, clothing and various other items from Macy’s using stolen credit cards. The men were arrested and booked Tuesday evening.

* Landover Road: A sliding patio door was taken off its track during an attempted break-in at a house in the 24300 block sometime between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Tuesday. Nothing was taken and police believe a large dog inside the house scared off the burglars.

LAGUNA NIGUEL

* Kingsview Road: Two juveniles were arrested on suspicion of burglarizing a residence in the 24500 block. All the stolen property was recovered at 11:30 p.m. Sunday.

LA PALMA

* La Palma Avenue: Two men were arrested on suspicion of attempted purse-snatching at the Drug Emporium parking lot in the 4800 block at 12:10 p.m. Thursday. The men fled in a dark blue Toyota but abandoned the vehicle to try to outrun police on foot. One suspect, an 18-year-old male, was caught and arrested immediately; the other, a 17-year-old male, was found 20 minutes later in a residential frontyard in the 7900 block of Louise Ave.

LOS ALAMITOS

* Katella Avenue: A business in the 3800 block reported receiving a counterfeit check for more than $5,000 at 2:19 p.m. Tuesday.

MISSION VIEJO

* Calderas: A cellular phone was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in a driveway in the 21000 block; reported at 1:50 p.m. Wednesday.

* Cordova Road: A window was broken in the 21000 block at Trabuco Hills High School sometime before 7:50 a.m. Tuesday.

PLACENTIA

* Yorba Linda Boulevard: Report of a stolen vehicle in the 1200 block at 9:26 p.m. Tuesday.

* Kraemer Boulevard: Report of a reckless driver in the 1400 block at 5:11 p.m. Tuesday.

TUSTIN

* El Camino Real: Police helped a mother rescue her 18-month-old child from a locked Honda Accord in the 1100 block at 3:51 p.m. Sunday.

* Mitchell Avenue: Report of a truck catching fire from fireworks in the 1600 block at 5:56 p.m. Sunday.

YORBA LINDA

* Orlando Drive: Report of a petty theft in the 4900 block at 2:02 a.m. Tuesday.

* Castlebend Way at Kodiak Mountain Way: A burglary was reported at 8:01 a.m. Tuesday.

* Fairmont Boulevard: A petty theft was reported in the 5300 block at 1:36 p.m. Tuesday.

OTHER COMMUNITIES

ALISO VIEJO

* Heather Ridge at Pacific Park Drive: Report of a suspicious vehicle at 6:16 a.m. Tuesday.

* Windsong: A fireworks violation was reported in the 23000 block at 9:24 p.m. Tuesday.

FOOTHILL RANCH

* Balise Lane: Report of a loud party in the 100 block at 12:28 a.m. Wednesday.

* Town Center Drive at Bake Parkway: Report of a suspicious vehicle at 7:51 a.m. Wednesday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports Thursday: Anaheim, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Dana Point, Fountain Valley, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Laguna Woods, La Habra, Lake Forest, Newport Beach, Orange, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Santa Ana, Seal Beach, Stanton, Villa Park and Westminster.
