China.com Corp., the hotly anticipated initial public offering of a Hong Kong Web-site operator, was priced at $20 a share late Monday--above the expected range of $17 to $19.

The company sold 4.2 million shares. They will begin trading today on Nasdaq under the symbol CHINA, and could see dramatic gains, some analysts say.

The firm’s Web sites offer content, search engines, e-mail and commerce for Chinese-language audiences worldwide.
