TUSTIN
The City Council tonight will review traffic conditions on Prospect Avenue, where an accident last month claimed the lives of three. A report prepared for the council listed six accidents, including the one in June, along Prospect between April 1997 and last June 30. During that time, police issued 64 tickets for moving violations, the majority involving speeding. The council meets at 7 p.m. in chambers, 300 Centennial Way.
