* A judge handed down the maximum sentence of six years in state prison for a Gary S. Dellapenta of North Hollywood, who was convicted of using the Internet to try to get a woman raped after she spurned his romantic advances. Dellapenta, 51, pleaded guilty in April to three counts of solicitation for sexual assault and one count of stalking on the day his trial was scheduled to begin.
