Tivoli Industries Inc.: The Santa Ana company posted third-quarter net income of $94,262, or 8 cents a share, contrasted with a net loss of $186,577, or 14 cents a share, last year. Sales for the quarter ended June 30 rose 38% to a record $2.9 million.
