* R&F; Products of Carlsbad won a $4.8-million contract from the Navy in Port Hueneme for marine equipment.
* Ferrie Engineering Construction was awarded a contract for $22,800 by Ventura County to repair storm damage on Stockton Road near Moorpark. Part of the road must be rebuilt because of damage from 1998 storms.
